Local Reviews App Requirements
There are two basic requirements to use the Local Reviews App.
- Right now, we are only accepting businesses based in Canada. As we expand, we’ll be adding additional countries and regions.
- Your business must have an active Google Business Profile, Facebook Fan Page, or another platform where you want to collect customer reviews. If you don’t have these setup yet, we can help.
Your Review Page
If you’re looking for your custom review page, please contact us. You can also find your review link in your welcome package.
We don’t publicly list company specific pages to avoid spam comments and reviews.
Your Google Business Profile
If you haven’t created or claimed your Google Business Profile (GBP) yet, we can help. We offer two services to create and manage your GBP.
Our Google Business Profile Optimization service including claiming and creating your profile. We’ll also optimize the profile so it will rank in your service/trading area.
Next, our Google Business Profile Management service will manage all aspects of your GBP. This includes review collection, responses, weekly posts to your profile, and a monthly report. We’ll monitor your profile for unauthorized edits and keep it compliant with Google’s best practices.
Local Reviews Pro
Our custom Local Reviews App is available in the basic form, for all clients. This includes our our standard text and email increments for local SEO and marketing packages.
To fully customize your company’s Local Reviews App, please use the Local Reviews Pro. With Pro, we’ll customize the messaging, email frequency, and even the review platforms where you can request reviews.
